I am Canada Research Chair in Health Economics and Associate Professor at the School of Health Administration, Faculty of Health, Dalhousie University. I received my PhD in Economics from the University of Queensland and have held postdoctoral positions at Western and McGill universities. I lead the Health Equity & Policy (HEAP) Lab at Dalhousie focusing on producing research that informs policy to improve equity in health and healthcare.
